Job summary

STARZ is seeking a Client Systems Engineer in the Denver area to manage Apple/macOS client environments and related endpoint technologies. You will deploy configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cybersecurity to ensure security and compliance across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS, with Windows support as part of the team.

The role requires experience in enterprise device management, JAMF Pro/Connect, Intune, and scripting.

Enterprise macOS experience and device management.
Experience with JAMF Pro/Connect and endpoint management.
Strong scripting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and deploy automated macOS configurations, policies, applications, and software updates using JAMF and Tanium.
Administer and support JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect within the Apple environment.
Support the configuration, management, and lifecycle of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices.
Troubleshoot complex Apple endpoint issues, including root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with IT Support and other teams to resolve escalated endpoint issues.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to identify vulnerabilities and maintain security/compliance.
Assist with design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of client systems and endpoint management services.
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for endpoint management, security, and automation.
Assist with capacity planning, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives across Apple and Windows environments.
Package, test, deploy, and maintain applications and updates for Apple and Windows endpoints.
Support Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and other endpoint management technologies.
Maintain communication with vendors and business users on projects and operations.
Participate in endpoint projects including testing, deployment, and change management.
On-call rotation as escalation point for after-hours incidents.
