Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance to lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle. You will partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks, evaluate transactions, and drive disciplined financial integration for senior leadership.

Remote role in the United States with responsibilities spanning pre-close planning, post-close execution, and continuous improvement of M&A finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 9+ years in M&A finance, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• Experience in diligence, modeling, and integration.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership materials.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities.
• Conduct finance diligence activities, analyzing financial performance and key assumptions.
• Review transaction materials to provide finance input on deal structure.
• Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Negotiate key transaction considerations and closing mechanics.
• Coordinate pre-close planning across core finance functions.
• Develop and execute finance integration plans.
• Support post-close execution activities and transition planning.
• Track integration progress and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve M&A finance processes.
