RGP is seeking a Senior M&A Finance Consultant to lead finance workstreams across the full lifecycle—from diligence through close and post-close integration. The role partners with finance and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and value realization across global operations.

The position sits at the intersection of finance diligence, deal execution, and integration program management, requiring strong judgment, problem‑solving, and stakeholder agility.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years across M&A finance, transaction advisory, or corporate FP&A.
• Experience in financial due diligence, modeling, and post-close integration.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills; synthesize data into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple finance disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance activities across acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic initiatives, including diligence, planning, and post-close execution.
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on targets: historical/forecast performance, working capital, cash flow, and transaction fundamentals.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal to support decision-making and finance readiness.
• Provide finance input on deal structures, working-capital adjustments, funds-flow mechanics, escrows, and closing requirements.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations and integration roadmaps for leadership.
• Coordinate Day 1 finance operations across R2R, O2C, P2P, Payroll, and Treasury functions.
• Develop and execute integration governance, milestones, and risk-management for accelerated value realization.
