Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance to lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, from diligence through close and integration. You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Development to deliver transaction support, finance readiness, and post-close value realization at Autodesk.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, strategic finance, FP&A, or finance integration.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle (diligence, deal planning, close readiness, Day 1, post-close integration).
• Partner with finance sub-functions and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks, support recommendations, and drive execution.
• Lead diligence activities: analyze historical and projected performance, cash flow, working capital, and key assumptions.
• Review transaction materials and provide finance input on deal structure and risks.
• Synthesize findings and present decision-ready materials for leadership.
• Coordinate pre-close planning across core finance functions for Day 1 readiness.
• Develop and execute integration plans, governance, and milestone tracking.
• Transition processes, systems, and reporting to Autodesk operating model.
