Job summary

You will lead advanced troubleshooting, develop dashboards, and deliver enablement materials for administrators and learners to maximize platform value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant LMS experience or similar roles.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage core LMS administration, user access, and data accuracy.
• Upload and govern courses, modules, assessments, and training materials.
• Configure LMS settings, branding, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility.
• Troubleshoot access, course, and integration issues; drive fixes.
