Qualifications

• IT certifications may substitute for experience as listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains enterprise level software tools (ERP, HRIS, SIS, CRM, LMS) including end-user security.
• Provides customer-centric support, problem determination, and procedure assistance for enterprise tools.
• Reviews and manages employee software access privileges and security protocols.
• Acts as liaison for end-users to automate, maintain, and optimize processes and reports.
