Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee relations support to leaders and associates.
• Support investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the Director of Employee Relations on complex matters and ER initiatives.
• Maintain confidential ER case records and generate insights from metrics.
• Partner with HR team to ensure consistent handling of employee matters.
