Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Senior Employee Relations professional to lead complex investigations, guide managers on performance and discipline, and ensure legal and policy compliance across a multi-state workforce. You will partner with leadership to optimize employee relations processes, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

The role is remote in the United States, with a base salary range highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant employee relations responsibility.
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience advising managers on performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems.
Proficient at using AI and digital tools.
Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
Experience supporting multi-state workforces.
Experience in financial services, professional services, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience leveraging HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes and case management.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
Provide guidance to managers on performance concerns, conduct issues, attendance, and policy violations.
Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues.
Document findings, recommendations, and outcomes in company systems.
Analyze case trends and recommend proactive actions to reduce issues.
Coach leaders on effective employee management practices.
Partner with managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and separations.
Ensure policy consistency and compliance with employment laws.
Promote respectful workplace practices and resolve conflicts.
Maintain accurate case documentation and metrics.
