Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to partner with leaders and employees on performance, conduct, and policy matters. This remote position offers a base salary in a defined range and opportunities to drive proactive employee relations strategies.

You will lead investigations, analyze trends, coach leaders, support performance improvement plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in HR and employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and complex employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent employee relations case resolution and guidance to managers.
• Manage a portfolio of cases from intake to resolution with documented outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations.
