Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to shape the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for a large-scale digital product ecosystem. This role focuses on customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth, leading a team of marketers and partnering with product, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver personalized communications at scale.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or product-led businesses.
• Proven track record in people management, including hiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience setting lifecycle strategies that improve customer adoption and retention.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and marketing automation.
• Strong technical skills in CRM systems and campaign orchestration.
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable business decisions.
