Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting. The role is remote in the United States, with exposure to reimbursement, pricing, demand creation, health policy, health economics and market strategy for pharmaceutical clients.

You will conduct market research, perform data analysis, develop client-ready reports and presentations, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1–3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting.
• Market Access Consulting is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all levels of consulting projects and business development work.
• Conduct market research (primary and secondary research).
• Perform data analysis and develop client-ready reports and presentations.
• Provide strategic assessment and commercial insight.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
