Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead primary and secondary research, develop analyses, and craft strategic recommendations for life sciences clients.

You will manage multiple projects, guide teams, mentor junior staff, and support client relationships while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. A life sciences degree and 4+ years in market access consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting.
• Superior skills in using MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills; must be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics within healthcare, specifically within oncology, cellular therapy / CAR-T, immunology, neurology / CNS, and/or other rare diseases / specialty therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3+ projects daily, guide strategy and delegate tasks across teams.
• Ensure on-time, successful project execution.
• Mentor junior staff to support development goals.
• Support client relationships and forecast future needs.
• Assist in creating proposals and capability decks.
• Communicate progress and responsibilities to senior PMs.
• Other duties as assigned.
