Job summary

The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant to lead primary and secondary research, develop analyses, and deliver strategic recommendations for life sciences clients.

The role requires 4+ years of Market Access consulting, strong communication, and teamwork. You will work remotely with US-based clients and contribute to multi-project execution and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences is required.
• 4+ years of life sciences Market Access consulting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on 3+ projects and guide tasks across teams.
• Ensure timely and successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Assist in developing proposals and capabilities decks.
• Communicate project status clearly to senior project managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
