Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting. This remote role supports U.S.

clients, leads primary and secondary research, analyzes data, and crafts strategic recommendations across oncology and specialty therapies. You will work with teams and clients to deliver insights, manage projects, and contribute to proposal development while maintaining high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting.
• Superior MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology, cellular therapy/CAR-T, immunology or rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day management of 3+ projects and guide tasks across workstreams.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Aid in developing project proposals and capability decks.
• Communicate clearly with senior project managers on responsibilities and timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
