Dedham Group, part of Norstella, seeks a Senior Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting. This remote US role focuses on market access, pricing, and strategy for pharma/biotech clients, with early client exposure and fast-track growth opportunities.

You will conduct research, analyze data, and help prepare presentations and strategic insights for senior leadership, supporting business development and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting.
• Market Access Consulting is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Superior skills in using MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Market research (primary and secondary research).
• Data analysis for client projects.
• Report and presentation development for client deliverables.
• Strategy assessment and commercial insight for life sciences clients.
• And other duties as assigned.
