RemotePass, a fast-growing global platform enabling remote work, seeks a Junior Legal Operations Specialist in the United States. You will support contract drafting, onboarding, and compliance across jurisdictions within a dynamic global legal function.

With 2–3 years in-house, you will conduct employment-law research, prepare briefs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve templates and SOPs, contributing to efficient policy execution.

Qualifikationen

• LLB/JD from a recognized university.
• Bar membership in any country.
• 2-3 years' experience in an in-house legal department.
• Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts, or global HR-related work.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and edit standard agreements such as employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and contract addenda.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of process compliance.
• Legal research across multiple regions, summarizing jurisdiction-specific employment laws and prepare legal briefs, country playbooks, and compliance summaries to support internal legal decisions and client advisory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide legal support.
• Support the creation of legal templates, internal playbooks, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency.
