Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, driving contract operations, tool optimization, and scalable processes. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Procurement, and IT to streamline workflows and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes CLM platform administration, reporting, and knowledge management in a remote-first US environment.

Qualifications

3+ years in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology.
Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and CLM platforms.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google and Contentful.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
In-house legal team experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Manage Ironclad CLM platform administration, templates, approvals and integrations.
Oversee contract database, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
Develop technical solutions for contract intake and lifecycle management.
Partner with Procurement, IT, and Finance on system integrations.
Create training materials and self-service resources for contract tools.
Lead end-to-end process improvements across contract operations.
Build department-wide reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership.
Support cross-functional initiatives and audits.
Oversee knowledge management and documents libraries.
