Affirm is hiring an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, driving contract operations and technology initiatives across multiple teams. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Procurement, and IT to optimize workflows, implement scalable tools, and streamline processes that accelerate the business.

Qualifications

3+ years in contract management, legal operations, or contract tech administration.
Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and CLM tools.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, Contentful.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform including admin and workflow configuration.
Oversee contract database management and data integrity.
Develop technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management for vendor and commercial agreements.
Partner with Procurement and IT on system integrations and API connections.
Create training materials and documentation for contract management tools.
Lead process-improvement initiatives across contract operations and drive adoption.
Build department-wide dashboards and reports for Legal leadership.
Support cross-functional initiatives like data audits and field reviews.
