Qualifications

• JD/LLB or equivalent legal qualification or a Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years working directly in legal practice or legal operations.
• Experience building executable software systems that work on legal data and improve legal workflows.
• Experience with structured data formats like JSON, XML, and Markdown, and using agentic AI systems for legal tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement trustworthy, repeatable evaluations for legal AI outputs and quality.
• Advise product teams on legal accuracy, reviews of specs, prompts, and product copy.
• Identify and prototype system enhancements to improve legal quality across NetDocuments’ stack.
