DocuSign is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst—Legal Technology Advocacy & Operations to join our hybrid Legal team. You will drive operational support for cross-functional efforts, evangelize IAM capabilities, and translate technical power into compelling value propositions for legal buyers.

You will partner with Legal, Marketing, Product, and Sales; design workflows; and develop enablement materials while supporting peer-to-peer technical sales efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; JD not required for this role.
5+ years of related experience in operations or program management.
Experience in the legal technology industry and with workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Support engagement with customers and prospects through comprehensive intelligence and briefing materials.
Curate content and messaging for IAM platforms targeting the legal persona.
Collaborate with Marketing to tailor legal-focused messaging.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions.
Design and deploy automated workflows to streamline operations.
Create enablement materials and case studies for the sales org.
