Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is hiring a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator for a fully remote role supporting a law firm. You will manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts and communicate with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients.

The role requires analyzing aged receivables, developing SOPs, leveraging Aderant for monitoring and reporting, and creating ad hoc aging and performance reports to drive cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections at a law firm or in professional services.
• Experience running reports in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients on balances.
• Analyze aged receivables and prioritize collections to improve cash flow.
• Develop SOPs for collections activities and workflows.
• Leverage Aderant to monitor, track, and report on AR performance.
• Create ad hoc reports on aging, collections, cash receipts, and trends.
• Partner with attorneys to develop collection strategies for complex matters.
• Research billing disputes and payment discrepancies to facilitate resolution.
• Monitor trust/estate receivables and align with firm policies.
