Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• Eight years in risk control or safety roles or related experience.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk control surveys for large account policyholders across the region.
• Deliver advanced, expert level consultation and oversee field team work.
• Produce detailed written reports and recommendations for underwriting decisions.
• Identify loss exposures and mitigation strategies, engaging clients and teams.
• Coach and train junior risk control staff and collaborate cross-functionally.
