Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, or related field.
• Eight years of risk control or safety experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, ARM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk control surveys for large, complex accounts.
• Provide expert advice to underwriting and clients.
• Develop strategic service plans addressing loss drivers.
• Train and mentor junior risk control staff.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales and Claims teams.
