Job summary

EMC seeks an experienced Risk Control professional to conduct high-quality risk control surveys for large, complex accounts and to design strategic service plans that address loss drivers and operational exposures. You will guide field teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and deliver detailed reports to support underwriting and risk selection.

The role requires travel (~50%), strong communication, and the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders while driving measurable risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of experience in risk control or safety roles or related.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk control surveys and services for large accounts in assigned region.
• Oversee delivery of risk control services and mentor field team members.
• Provide advanced, expert level consultation across EMC business areas.
