Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Senior Land Agent - Land Acquisition to lead negotiations and secure land agreements for renewable project development across field sites in the West region. You will support the pipeline from prospecting to execution, coordinating with regional teams and external landowners.

The role requires a strong background in land leasing, contract drafting, and negotiation, plus knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree, JD, or MBA in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum ten years of direct experience in land leasing/acquisition.
• Past renewables experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage relationships with landowners to secure long-term land agreements for renewable project development.
• Assist in obtaining fully executed documents in advanced development stages (leases, purchases, easements).
• Mentor and train Land Agents; develop onboarding materials and tools.
