Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management and content governance.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear documentation.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
• Experience designing documentation standards and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize a centralized knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Translate policies into user-friendly articles, SOPs, FAQs, and job aids.
• Establish document management processes and governance frameworks.
• Assess knowledge base for gaps and inaccuracies, implement updates.
• Design documentation templates and standardized workflows.
