Job summary

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Recruiter for IT and professional staffing. This full-time, remote role requires relocation within the Eastern or Central Time zones and focuses on high-volume, high-demand recruiting with a performance-driven approach.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and close placements across national healthcare technology, operations, analytics, and professional services clients.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of successful full-cycle agency or professional staffing recruiting experience.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities beyond traditional job boards.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a comparable ATS/CRM.
• Healthcare IT or analytics recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake through candidate placement and start.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Leverage Bullhorn, AI tools, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networks to build pipelines.
• Translate client requirements into targeted searches and messaging.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications, motivation, compensation expectations, and risks.
• Conduct consultative interviews and prepare persuasive candidate submissions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage offers, and close placements.
• Manage multiple requisitions and meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain Bullhorn records and strong candidate relationships.
• Use metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and placement results.
