Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Hands-on SOX experience in recent roles.
• 5+ years of SOX/compliance experience with tech exposure (3+ years in technology).
• Deep understanding of SOX, COSO, NIST, COBIT, SOC, DCAM, and SEC guidance for internal controls over financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, planning and project management skills.

• Coordinate SOX testing with internal and external auditors.
• Review IT general controls design for effectiveness and drive remediation.
• Review auditor requests and assign to control owners.
• Validate evidence submissions before audit.
• Analyze audit requests and clarify technical requirements for evidence.
• Collaborate with internal audit during SOX testing and identify control weaknesses.
• Align technology control owners with app and business teams for efficient SOX examination.
• Develop risk assessments for IT SOX controls and their impact on financial statements.
• Maintain and enhance SOX controls documentation.
• Lead special projects to support IT Governance.
