Job summary

Once Upon a Farm seeks a detail‑oriented SOX Analyst (IT) to strengthen IT controls over financial reporting. You will support ITGC testing, risk assessments, and remediation tracking while collaborating with IT, Finance, and external auditors.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in SOX IT compliance, ERP familiarity (Sage X3), and strong documentation skills. This is a remote‑first role with US residency requirements and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; professional certifications preferred.
• 1–3+ years SOX IT compliance, IT audit, or IT risk management at a public company.
• Experience with ITGC areas and ERP/cloud environments; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the SOX program with a focus on ITGCs across IT landscapes.
• Pilot walkthroughs with IT and system owners and document controls.
• Design/update IT narratives, flowcharts, and test plans reflecting current practice.
• Execute ITGC and application control testing per PCAOB standards.
• Track remediation of IT control deficiencies and verify closure.
• Assist in IT risk assessment, scoping, and cross-functional reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure control execution.
• Support audit requests with clear IT documentation.
