You will establish measurable ITSM standards aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements, and risk management while guiding teams responsible for incident, problem, change, configuration, and asset management to maturity.

• Lead ITSM strategy, roadmap, governance and process maturity across enterprise technology.
• Oversee Incident & Major Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Configuration, IT Asset, Knowledge, Service Level, Catalog and Request Management.
