CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, IT Service Management to drive enterprise ITSM strategy and governance. You will lead cross-functional teams across Incident, Problem, Change, and IT Asset/Configuration management to deliver reliable technology services and continual improvements.

Remote role with accountability to business outcomes and risk management. You will collaborate with technology, security, risk, and business partners to set policy, measure maturity, and enable agile

• Leads enterprise IT service management strategy and governance.

• Experience across Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset/Configuration management.
