Job summary

Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to support a federal National Security program in Washington, DC. The role requires 10+ years of IT project management, active TS or DOE Q clearance (SCI eligible), and experience delivering complex infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems integration projects onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or related technology discipline experience, including federal projects.
• Active Top Secret or DOE Q clearance, ability to obtain SCI.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal IT projects across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems integration.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate technical leads, engineers, cybersecurity staff, and contractors to address challenges and keep projects on track.
• Monitor deliverables against cost, schedule, scope, quality, and security requirements.
