Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• PMP and ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
• Experience supporting government programs with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Own lifecycle execution across scope, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Lead high-visibility projects aligned with client and org objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
