Job summary

JBS International seeks an IT Project Manager III to lead complex IT initiatives, guiding planning, delivery, and governance across a matrixed team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and quality while mentoring junior PMs and ensuring PMO standards are applied.

Part-time (30 hours/week) engagement based in Maryland, with remote-friendly options and exposure to cross-functional client and enterprise stakeholders. PMP/CSM preferred, strong communication and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; PMP and ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation.
• Experience with government programs and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of complex IT projects with detailed plans and milestones.
• Own project lifecycle across scope, schedule, risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure PMO standards and best practices are followed.
• Maintain accurate status reporting and dashboards for decision making.
