Job summary

MedZed is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to join the Technology Team. This remote role combines day-to-day IT operations with process improvement, risk anticipation, and cross‑functional collaboration with HR and Operations.

You will own the internal support queue, manage hardware lifecycle, coordinate with MedZed's external IT partner, oversee the Verizon account, and partner with HR on onboarding/offboarding. The role offers independence and a path toward IT management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations or IT support
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with hardware procurement and asset management

Responsibilities

• Own internal support ticket queue end-to-end: triage, resolve, elevate, and track to closure
• Establish and maintain internal SLAs for response and resolution; monitor performance
• Coordinate with external IT managed services provider
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, configuration, deployment, inventory, maintenance, retirement
• Manage Verizon corporate account: device procurement, line management, invoice reconciliation
• Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding technology provisioning
