Job summary

City of Austin is seeking an IT Supervisor Senior to oversee daily IT operations for small to medium teams supporting Police and Forensic Science. This role provides advanced technical leadership to ensure reliability and security of critical Public Safety systems.

The position also leads coordination with customers, vendors and project teams to support upgrades, new implementations, and security/compliance requirements, while supervising IT staff and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a related field.
