Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with five years in security, including two years in a leadership capacity, and a valid TX driver’s license. The position offers on-site duties and after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus five years of security experience, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Valid Texas Class C and/or Commercial Driver's License.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate security operations for events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices for energized areas and utility environments.
• Experience operating access control and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities and operations of security personnel at assigned sites.
• Provide direction and training to site officers and contract personnel.
• Review site documentation and guard tour reports; ensure timely reporting to management.
• Respond to alarms and security incidents; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain coverage outside scheduled hours and support shift flexibility.
• Prepare periodic reports on site activities and issues for leadership.
