It is a highly visible position that leads complex category initiatives, manages key vendor relationships, and mentors a procurement team in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Remote US-based, $115,000–$150,000/year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of indirect procurement and category management.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, from stakeholder alignment to award recommendations.

This role will own professional services category strategy and sourcing execution, supporting enterprise priorities across procurement and operations. The position will partner closely with business stakeholders and senior leaders to deliver value, strengthen supplier performance, and improve adoption of sourcing strategies. It is a highly visible opportunity to lead complex category initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and guide a small team in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 annually.
