Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in indirect procurement and category management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in digital procurement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFP execution and contract negotiations.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Directly supervise and mentor procurement team members.
• Foster executive relationships with HR leaders to influence workforce strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to improve procurement decision-making and stakeholder outcomes.
• Champion change management to ensure procurement strategy adoption.
