Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Senior IP Docket Specialist to manage docketing for patents, trademarks, and related deadlines. You will monitor shared mailboxes, enter data, and ensure deadlines are tracked accurately using PattsyWave and related systems.

This role reports to the Senior IP Docket Manager and can be filled remotely or at any location. Requires a 2-year degree (or paralegal cert) and 10+ years IP docketing experience with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or related degree (2-year minimum).
• 10+ years IP docketing experience with PattsyWave/Foundation IP/CPi.
• Strong knowledge of US and foreign patent/trademark procedures.
• Experience with docketing deadlines and maintenance fees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and calculation of docket dates accurately.
• Train Central Docketing team members on practices.
• Review filings to identify deadlines and docket accordingly.
• Verify USPTO/foreign filings and update timekeepers.
