Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on, real-world development experience.
• Full-stack proficiency: React (frontend) plus Rails/Node/Python on the backend.
• Strong SQL, data integrity, and system design mindset.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain donor-facing giving forms, pages, and admin tools with a focus on conversion.
• Develop payment flows across Stripe, ACH, and Digital Wallets with reliability.
• Work across UI components to backend services and database tuning.
• Own projects end to end: architecture, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with PM/Designer and mentor engineers across the team.
• Contribute to coding standards, debt reduction, and security monitoring.
