Eis Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead high-stakes engagements in the insurance sector, acting as a trusted technical and business advisor.

You will bridge client priorities with Eis Ltd.'s platform capabilities while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success. You will own end-to-end solution strategy from discovery to validation, delivering value-driven demonstrations, POC strategies, and architecture recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Insurance Software, SaaS, or related experience.
• Experience in Life And Annuities.
• Willingness to travel across US 25% - 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex discovery sessions to surface strategic initiatives and transformation goals.
• Shape end-to-end pursuit strategies, deliver high-impact demos, POCs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, objections, and competitive threats in sales cycles.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership on account strategy and technical execution.
• Drive quality across RFP responses, customer engagements, and pursuit execution.
• Translate insurance workflows (quote-to-sale, policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims) into platform solutions.
• Configure and demonstrate platform capabilities with minimal engineering dependencies.
• Package customer feedback for Product and Engineering while supporting Customer Success.
