Responsibilities

• Manage collection and preparation of underwriting docs for policy placements (domestic and international).
• Prepare premium estimates for annual budget and dashboards for upper management; deliver ad hoc reports.
• Ensure insurance payments are accurate, timely, and properly allocated.
• Review insurance requirements in customer/supplier contracts to support Treasury.
• Issue certificates of insurance and maintain files with policy info, invoices, claims, and related correspondence.
