M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Senior Inside Account Manager to support growth and retention of the Commercial Card portfolio. You will work with Account Managers, Sales, Relationship Management, Service and Product teams to protect revenue, grow client value, and create opportunities for the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Commercial Card/ Merchant (or related) sales experience, or in lieu of degree a combined minimum of 9 years education and/or related sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Protect revenue by retaining clients and defending existing revenue across the portfolio.
• Grow client value through increased spend, utilization, and deeper engagement with Commercial Card offerings.
• Create opportunities by identifying and referring new business through internal partners and client insights.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior Account Managers and ensure compliance with risk controls.
