M&T Bank is seeking a Senior Inside Account Manager to protect revenue, grow client value, and create new opportunities within the Commercial Card portfolio. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Relationship Management, Service, and Product teams to strengthen relationships and drive portfolio growth.

The role emphasizes proactive client coverage, retention strategies, and pipeline development. Location is Clanton, Alabama, with the compensation range disclosed in the posting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Commercial Card/Merchant sales experience, or in lieu of degree a combined minimum of 9 years education and/or Commercial Card/Merchant sales experience.
• Previous account management experience.

• Retain clients and defend existing revenue by proactively identifying and addressing risk across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend, utilization, and overall relationship value.
• Execute proactive outreach, conduct account reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect client value.
