Job summary

GeorgeJon is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to operate secure, highly available eDiscovery platforms, servers, and networks. You will install, maintain, upgrade, and continually improve the client environment to ensure reliability, performance, and robust support.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and ongoing training to stay current with software and hardware. This fully remote position offers potential travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Relativity, NUIX, and LAW platforms.
• Administration of Windows Server 2012 or newer.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS.
• Networking and virtualization fundamentals (VMware).
• Experience with storage environments (SAN/NAS/DAS).
• Networking gear including Cisco routing/switching; SonicWall familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support eDiscovery applications and infrastructure.
• Provide eDiscovery software support and proper routing of issues.
• Assist other engineers and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure environments meet system requirements per GeorgeJon best practices.
• Maintain and document client environments across GeorgeJon footprint.
• Develop knowledge of GeorgeJon offerings and customer needs.
• Escalation support and collaboration with team members.
• Document internal processes and procedures.
• Communicate incident progress to customers and coordinate changes.
• Log and track work in ConnectWise with time/expenses.
