Job summary

GeorgeJon is hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer to provide expert support for eDiscovery applications such as Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro. The role emphasizes understanding application infrastructures and maintaining certification standards.

The position is fully remote with occasional travel to client sites in the USA, Poland, and India. You will upgrade applications, develop internal documentation, and ensure timely incident communications and resolution.

Qualifications

Understanding of the EDRM Framework.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software platforms.
Relativity Infrastructure Specialist and/or Relativity Certified Administrator credentials are a plus.
Additional Relativity, LAW, Brainspace and NUIX training and certifications are a plus.
Ticket management, issue tracking, change log management.
Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with the ability to work independently.
Business awareness: knowledge of customer IT alignment with business goals.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Support eDiscovery applications on the frontend and backend.
Support Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro suites with triage and routing.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring client environments.
Develop knowledge of software catalog and customer needs.
Create and edit documentation of internal processes and procedures.
Communicate with customers and inform them of incident progress and outages.
Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise.
Record time and expenses in ConnectWise daily.
