Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Manager to drive regulatory compliance, audit readiness and security governance across enterprise and federal environments. This remote role may hybrid for candidates in the Chicago, IL area.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in information security compliance, governance, risk, audit, program management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading audits, assessments or compliance initiatives involving NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit cycles, continuous monitoring, POA&M remediation, third-party risk, policy governance and training evidence.
• Manage program plans, risks, dependencies and cross-functional reporting across Security, Engineering, and IT.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans and audit-ready documentation.
