Veeva Systems seeks an experienced delivery professional to partner with top global pharma organizations, solving critical business challenges by implementing PromoMats/DAM or Medical through AI-powered solutions. You will lead delivery across project manager, solution architect, and business analyst roles, driving scalable, data-driven customer relationships.

The role requires 6+ years in tech implementation, hands-on Veeva/Salesforce experience, and the ability to travel ~20%.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform.
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organizations.
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
• Able to travel approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive optimization and harmonization of business processes, translating them into actionable and scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
