Job summary

LauLau Offshore and Nearshore Staffing seeks an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support complex employment and investment-based immigration matters. This fully remote role requires strong organization, client communication, and strict deadline discipline.

You will prepare petitions, RFEs, and supporting documentation, draft legal correspondence, and collaborate with attorneys. Proficiency with MyCase or similar software and advanced English skills are essential for success in this long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Lawyer, or Attorney.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience handling U.S. immigration matters for a U.S. law firm.
• Strong experience with employment-based or investment-based immigration.
• Hands-on experience with preparing and filing immigration petitions.
• Experience preparing RFE responses and supporting evidence.
• Strong legal drafting and document preparation skills.
• Experience with MyCase or comparable legal case management software.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize employment and investment-based immigration petitions.
• Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence and organize supporting documentation.
• Draft immigration forms, support letters, legal correspondence, and case documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, collect documents, and provide case updates.
• Track filing deadlines, case milestones, and government notices.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital case files.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and follow established firm procedures.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting, organization, and productivity.
